Bob's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Bob's Story...
Bob is a 2 and a half year old cat in need of a good home! He was found outside of an apartment complex, and a local vet clinic took him in and got him all fixed up. Bob is a very sweet and friendly cat with beautiful markings. He enjoys being petted and will seek out your attention, although he doesn't like being held much. He would be fine in a home with other friendly cats, though he would probably prefer to be alone. He ignores other cats mostly. He is ok with dogs.

Adoption fee is $75 and includes deworming, up to date vaccinations, microchip. vet care, FeLV/FIV testing, and neuter. If interested in giving Bob his forever home, please email Jackie at jakrivero@yahoo.com for an application

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bob, a Lafayette Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lafayette, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lafayette.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lafayette already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lafayette breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lafayette paves the way for another one to be saved.
