Ezekiel's Story...
Hi, my name is Ezekiel. My foster mom felt that I needed a strong name becaue I am "one strong cat". I literally stumbled in my foster parents driveway, barely able to walk(I only have three legs) and my little tongue hanging out from thirst. Since that day, I visited the veterinarian for a checkup where I received antibiotics and ear medicine. It was discovered that I a neutered male and that my leg was surginally removed. I was somebody's pet because I was cared for and I have a loving dispositon. I love to be petted and I'm even getting to be friends with my foster family's dog. I also had some blood work done which found me to be feline leukemia free but positive for feline aids. Due to this virus, I am unable to be around the two cats that my foster family already have, so now my foster family is trying to find me a home that will love me as much as they do. It is wonderful living in the garage and it is nice to have shelter and food every day butit would be wonderful to have a permanent home without other cats and I can stay indoor for the rest of my life. I may not be the most prettiest cat but I would be very devoted to whom would give me a nice home. You can call my foster mother Karen at 724-600-5231.

About Our Shelter...
Animal Keepers Rescue is a non-profit - 501(c)3-, no-kill, all volunteer cat and kitten rescue. We are a small shelter dedicated to proving a safe haven to homeless, abused, unwanted and abandoned cats and kittens. All are provided with vet care and we offer a spay/neuter program for all pets adopted from our shelter.
The volunteers at our shelter donate countless hours to help kitties in need because of their love for the wonderful furry creatures. It is not their fault that they are unwanted! By helping find homes for around 150 cats a year and by spay/neutering so they don't create more unwanted pets we are making the world a better place on kitty at a tie.
