Our little Texas Ranger
WHO IS THAT MASKED MAN? Well - it is Tex, our little Texas Ranger. Some may be too young to remember The Lone Ranger but when we look at Tex that is who we think of and you will soon be reintroduced him. A new movie is currently in production staring Johnny Depp as Tonto, The Lone Ranger's faithful indian companion. Our Tex was born to an abandon pet, Trixie, who lived outside in an apartment complex after she lost her home. Tex and his 2 sisters survived by getting hand-outs from friendly residents. But not everyone was friendly and when some residents started throwing things at them, Trixie, who was a very good mother, moved her kittens to a safe location. They were spotted by a Cat Corner volunteer who took pity on them and decided that they needed a better shot at life. The little family was trapped and brought into Cat Corner. After a short stay for medical care, they moved to PETCO Hampton where they could meet more people and get use to being kitty pets. Tex is a bit larger than his 2 sisters and he seems to be the bravest. With just a little bit of extra love and attention, these beautiful kittens will make wonderful pets. They are very gentle and love to play. They also love treats. Come to PETCO Hampton to meet Tex and his sisters. If you listen, you might just hear strains of The William Tell Overture as Tex and his sisters run and play in their cubes.
