Angel is currently with a family who have several dogs (spay/neutered and had Chain Free Abingdon put up a fence, etc.) and, in particular,  and we are concerned about the newly added female hound that is being aggressively picked on by one of the other dogs.   She had been staying at the home of the owner's father-in-law, but recently he decided he didn't want to be bothered with having to take care of her.   The family is willing to place her into rescue, if possible, as they know she is traumatized by their dominant male.  

Angel is a 2-3 year old, spayed hound.  We will be getting the vet paperwork from the owner very soon and can double check on that information as well as her shot record.  We believe all that she has had is her rabies.  Although Angel is lacking basic manners and needs leash training, she makes up for that with her kindness.  As you can see in one of the photos, she wants to jump up and give kisses and probably needs a good place to work off her energy (she is currently fenced in a smaller lot).   The owner said that she had to throw water on her other dog to keep him off of her!
