My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryder is a red/rust 2 yr old neutered male Doberman who came to our rescue by way of a SE Texas shelter. He had been locked in a crate in an abandoned building and left to die. Ryder prevailed... when a contractor heard him barking and investigated. A kind rescuer pulled him out of animal control for us and held onto him until his foster Dad could drive down to retrieve him. This boy was a weak bag of bones and has come a long way under the loving care and guidance of his foster Dad. Ryder loves people, kids, EVERYONE! He seems to take each new experience in stride despite his horrid history of abuse. Ryder shines a light on anyone's day...all day. Scoop up this boy and call him your own, because it doesn't get any better than Ryder. There are some "before" photos in the postings. Ryder is housebroken, crate-trained, HW negative, UTD on shots and ready for a great home. He would do best with an adopter who is interested in continuing Ryder's obedience training.
