My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neil - 2 year old male purebred Miniature Schnauzer. Neil was rescued from the shelter where he was only available to rescue because of his injuries. He had been picked up as a stray after he was hit by a car. He has a fractured pelvis (that will heal with cage rest), wounds on both his front leg and rear leg that are so deep they expose his bone. He was on antibotics and rimadyl for his wounds.... his bandages had to be changed every 3 days and his wounds re-examined by our vet. Now.. poor guy if this isn't enough, while xraying him, bladder stones were found. It took 6 weeks for Neil's injuries to heal but he had a complete recovery! On 9/26/2012 he had surgery to remove his bladder stones. Neil has been through alot but is now ready for a permanent loving home! He will require a special diet to avoid stone reoccurence.

Our Adoption Fairs are held every Saturday at the PETCO located at 537 N. PCH Redondo Beach CA 90277 from noon-4:00pm. It is best to come before 3:00pm to allow time to visit with the dogs.
