Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Dodger. I'm a charming little boy Shih Tzu. I'm only 2 or 3 years old and about 16 pounds. My life didn't start out very good. I was rescued from a shelter where I was so scared. Even before I was at the shelter, I had been neglected. I have dry eyes and can't make tears. All that means is I need drops once a day. But nobody gave them to me, so I have some damage to my eyes. But don't worry about that, I see just fine. I get along great with children and other pups. Do you have a ball? I love to chase them. My foster mommy is trying to teach me to bring them back but I like to chew on them better : ). She's also trying to teach me housetraining. She says I'm doing great and I'll have it down soon. I am looking for someone that will love me forever. Is that you? I'm fostering in Southeastern Virginia and my asking adoption fee is $275. XXOO Dodger
