Ace's Story...
I am one big sweet and shy boy. I don't play a whole bunch but once you pop a top on a soda can, I am all over that! I love to chase and bat it around. I love to be pet under my chin and love head scritches. I will also indulge you and let you give me belly rubs briefly from time to time. I am very chilled out, but not much of a cuddler. I get along fine with my cats, so I don't fight or anything like that. I pretty much just try to stay out their way. I love being brushed with the furminator! I'm a sweet kitty, but when I get my new home, I'll need some time to adjust. I guarantee you though, I'm worth it! Come visit me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ace, a Dallas Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
