Molly's Story...
Good Golly, meet Molly! Molly is a real charmer (charmette, actually); 45 pounds of pure wiggle and kisses. She is probably 1 to 2 years old and has a smile for everyone, young and old.
Molly was rescued from a barn, living without sufficient food, water and basic care. She is being fostered in one of our homes and is doing very well. Molly is housebroken, has great house manners and walks wonderfully on leash. She enjoys her daily walks around the neighborhood, looking so pleased with herself! “Hi everyone! Am I not so adorable?” She is excellent with children.
Molly is starting obedience training and is very motivated to please. We will be placing her as an only pet as she is leary- at least initially- of other dogs but can be around them with supervision. We prefer a fully fenced yard for her to play and/or several daily walks. Her energy level is moderate. If you are looking for an affectionate, well-behaved addition to your family, Molly says, “Pick me! Pick me!” I would suggest you listen to Molly(!), fill out an application and send it in!
Molly will be placed within 1.5 hours of Lake and McHenry Counties in Illinois- sorry, no exceptions. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200. Please call Elaine at 847-703-1416 or e-mail if you have questions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Cary American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Cary, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Cary.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cary already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cary breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cary paves the way for another one to be saved.
