Pumbaa
Est. DOB: May 21, 2012
Description: DSH Brown Tabby
Gender: Male
Adoption Fee: $100.00
Pumbaa's foster family lovingly refers to him as "Mr. 100%" because anything he does, he does 100%! Playing? Pumbaa is 100% about catching the laser dot, and 100% obsessed with a wand toy!
Snuggling? He's 100% lap baby (once he is played out) and has a HUGE purr motor (and even gets a little jealous when another kitty is taking some of his attention and will gently squeeze himself in to be first in line for snuggles).
Pumbaa is also 100% in love with the four labs (dogs) that live in his foster home and thinks their tails are meant to be chased! He is 100% easy-going and adores playing with the two older children in his foster home, and he loves being held and cuddled -- anything goes with "Mr. 100%!" A super-wonderful kitten, he's 100% ready to find his forever home!
The Lion King kitties were found abandoned in a cardboard box.
Fully vetted: tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted); treated for intestinal parasites, fleas, and ear mites; FVRCP+FeLV vaccinated (initial vaccination and booster); and rabies vaccinated; spayed/neutered; microchipped with Home Again microchips with shelter paid registration.
Rescue Group Info...
Alley Cats and Angels (AC&A) is a non-profit feline rescue organization dedicated to improving the lives of unwanted and abandoned cats in our community. We work to decrease the number of homeless cats through our adoption program, trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts for feral cats, education of pet owners on sterilizing owned cats, and public education and awareness.
All of our cats are in foster homes. Cats can be met at our various adoption events throughout the month or by making appointmetn to visit the cat in its foster home. To make an appointment to meet a cat, please email info@alleycatsandangels.org or call 919-303-3500.

* The application will be reviewed by an experienced adoption counselor and the foster home
* We will contact you by phone to discuss your specific needs and any purrsonality traits you are seeking in a cat and also answer any questions you may have
