My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Though he looks a lot like a mini Aussie we think he is probably the two breeds we indicated with some Papillon thrown in for good measure. French Fry got his name honestly - he really likes them. A little unsure of new people, it took French fries to get him to come for cuddle time. It does take a tiny bit of time for him to figure out if you're trustworthy or not, but oh the joy when he decides you are someone he would like to hang with. It appears French Fry spent more time with children than adults, and isn't used to being picked up, but he really wants to be with people.

French Fry is only about 15 pounds and around one year old. He likes to spend time exploring and is apparently new to the leash. But he is learning that by being on the leash he gets to explore new and different things so he's warming up to it quickly. He's also very treat driving (ergo - the French fries) so learning new things should be very easy for him.

French Fry does great in a crate for travel and sleep. He enjoys the company of other dogs immensely and would most likely chase a cat for fun but nothing more. He LOVES kids, but we are looking for a home in which any kids there are gentle and respectful of dogs and at least five years old.
