My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pippi (aka Sadie) is a beautiful long-legged, energetic girl who loves to run and play "chase" with other dogs. She is a little skittish with people and needs a little time to warm up and get comfortable with new people but she takes to other dogs right away! She would do best in a home with one or more other dogs so that she can be part of the "pack", and she is definitely more of a beta dog who is comfortable following an alpha. She is great on a leash--calm and steady-- and likes to take walks. Her ideal home would have access to a yard or area to run in, or the ability to take walks, and mentioned before, other dogs to interact with. She would be a great companion for someone who runs! She really likes to be able to stretch out her legs and go fast! She is a whippet/German Shephard/terrier mix; she looks like a very pretty, dainty version of a German shepherd, weighs about 30 to 35 pounds, and is not quite two years old.
