Byte's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting these kitties, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Byte is a shy female kitten who still needs some work to come out of her shell. She is slowly warming up but still runs or cowers at the sight of a hand coming at her. Although she does allow some petting when she is feeling more comfortable and when her brother is beside her. It will take some time and effort, but I think she will eventually be a friendly cuddly cat.

Byte would love to go to a home with her big brother Milo for love and support, as she would not do well without him

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Byte, a Vancouver Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
