Agnes's Story...
Agnes is a 4 month old pit bull mix who came to us with brother Kyle. She is smart, social and adorable! She is almost 100% potty and crate trained and is currently learning basic obedience in her foster home. Agnes is in foster care with a wonderful CGC certified labrador, so she is learning the in's and out's of awesome manners. Agnes is actively looking for her forever home and hopes it will be one that will continue her training (since she is smart as a whip!) and that has an older brother or sister she can romp with.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Agnes, a San Diego American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
