Carter's Info...

I am purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Carter's Story...
My name is Carter and man...it's been a long journey to get here to Dawg Squad.

First, I had parvo and my people didn't want to pay for my medicine and they left me at a vet's office.

The vet thought I was too cute to give up on so he got me better and then gave me to a family.

WELL, that family had kids who were allergic to me so I got in another car and wound up here...at Dawg Squad. AND I'M ONLY 14 WEEKS OLD.

I have double dew claws and that means I'm double lucky so I guess that's why I now have a happy new beginning here.

I'm in a foster home with Pickles who loves me. What's not to love?

I'm friendly and fearless and I'm a really good talker so if you like to chat, I'm your pup! And cute. Did I mention how cute I am?

I'm catching on to words like "No" and "Knock it off" and "REALLY?" So I'm really smart too. Come and meet me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carter, a West Los Angeles Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
