~ ADOPTION PENDING ~Carter is a male Bichon Frise mix only 10 months old. This 11 pound boy has truly lovely, dense, high quality soft curly fur that is non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Carter has been professionally groomed and currently has a summer cut. Carter is a big baby, a real momma's boy. He loves to give kisses and he adores attention of all kinds. He absolutely eats it up, the more the merrier. Carter is very friendly and sweet, good with other dogs and with cats. He truly loves being included and would make a great family dog. Carter is a smart boy and will pick up on the ways of the household very quickly. He seems to know what's going on at all times and will make sure he is at the center of things. Carter wants to be noticed and is therefore excellent out in public. He loves to be in the spotlight. Carter is young and a bit insecure so he will need consistent attention and a regular routine he can count on. He currently likes to stick close to his people and doesn't really play much with other dogs, but that will probably change as Carter becomes secure in his new home. He came in stray to the shelter and was traumatized by that, in addition to who knows what in his previous life, and this young puppy is a bit confused at the moment about who his family is and who will take care of him. Like we said, Carter is a true baby boy and has a sensitive little heart. We know that this young puppy is going to turn into a wonderful little prince for some lucky family. He is ready for his forever home and brand new future today!
Carter's adoption donation is $400 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
