Meet Merry
She came to us from her owners who felt she could not be trusted around toddlers. She was very shy on arrival here, but has now blossomed into a loving and playful little girl. Her vet care has been completed and she is waiting for the right match in a new family. Due to her past experience with toddlers, we do NOT feel she will do well with a young family and prefer an adult family, or perhaps a family with older, respectful children. She has shown NO aggression toward respectful children here.
She is 2 1/2 yrs old, micro chipped, fully vaccinated, spayed and heart worm negative and on prevention. She is also licensed.
Her adoption donation is only $300, a small amount for a loving companion.
We do not have a shelter and our rescues are housed in a private home. For security reasons, ONLY APPROVED APPLICANTS WILL BE INVITED TO MEET OUR RESCUED FURKIDS. "Drop-ins" are not permitted. If you have room in your heart and home for one of our rescued furkids, please submit an Adoption Application.
We depend on public support/donations to house and care for these sweet dogs. Donations may be made via Paypal to Donate@pekesandpals.org. Your donations are tax deductible! so PLEASE consider helping us to save more abandoned dogs.
We are located in Fort Myers, Florida. Out-of-state adoptions are acceptable, but WE DO NOT SHIP ANY OF OUR RESCUED COMPANIONS, and adopting families must come to Pekes and Pals to complete the adoption process. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. I wish I had time to reply to every question on every dog. Sadly, I do not. I will reply to questions sent in by those submitting an application first. I do hope you understand.
