Meow! My name is Cheshire

Cheshire's Story...
Hey, I am Cheshire, the smiling cat! I don’t disappear, though, why would I when I look so good! My foster mom calls me Cheeseball because I am such a schmoozey lover boy she thinks of a cheesy shirt –open-to-the-navel-and-gold-chains, but brought-a-6-pack-instead-of-wine date. I butt and rub my head against people, like I am trying to burrow into them until they pay attention to me. I love to be picked up. I settle right in and lay my head on your arm. Playtime, though – that’s a whole other matter! I’ll play with any cat, but my sister Alice is my favourite. She can wrestle with the best of them! I have to look out for her, she is not too sure of this big world we got whisked into, especially humans. But I have seen her rolling around while getting a tummy rub – she is getting the swing of things! That’s when I can have the pom-pom toy all to myself – otherwise she’d take it and run! She does not fall for my moves like humans do. I have this great move where I trot up to a person, then turn and slowly walk a few steps away, swishing my tail and swaying my bum. I am such a sexy little man! Don’t you just want to take me home and let me sleep on your bed? With Alice, of course.
