Jason's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting this kitty, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Jason is a smart, playful little boy. He loves being close to and napping with his humans. He also enjoys playing with his toys, exploring new areas and playing with other cats. Jay is great with kids and loves other kitties. He even comes when his name is called. When he is hungry, he is very good at letting you know. Sometimes when he's excited he will jump so high, he looks like he may be part kangaroo! If you are looking for a very fun and energetic and loving kitty, you have found the right one. Please give Jason his forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jason, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
