Romeo's Story...
Raven, Romeo, and Raya were dropped off at Animal Care Services just minutes before the SNIPSA team arrived to pull some animals for rescue. We were asked by one of our fosters to keep an eye out for a couple of orange tabby kittens so she could foster. When we came across these little guys we thought they would be perfect even though there were 3 instead of 2. Our foster didnt mind the extra addition and they have been getting treated like royalty since then. These liitle kitties are fun loving kitties. They like to play and wrestle and run around and pounce on eachother. If you want to take one of these kittens home with you please visit our website and fill out an adoption application or email us at snipsaadoptions@gmail.com

About Our Rescue Group...
SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a San Antonio Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
