My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hi to Brandi! She is a happy, easy going beagle girl who will soon be turning 9 years old. Don’t let the white on her face fool you though, she is in great shape for her age and really doesn’t act like a senior at all; she has lots of spunk! She likes her toys and will toss them around and play by herself or with her young foster brother.

Brandi is 14” tall and about 26 pounds with a silky smooth tricolor coat that you will love petting. Like most beagles she enjoys some nice cuddling time but she is never pushy about it at all. She will usually wait to hop up on the couch until she is invited although she does love to perch on the arm of the couch to look out the window and patrol for squirrels.

Brandi has absolutely perfect house manners. She is house trained, doggy door trained and has never once needed to be crated. At night she will sleep wherever you want her to as long as she has a nice comfy dog bed. When it is thundering don’t be surprised to wake up and find her cuddling with you in bed though. Brandi LOVES food and will let you know when it is time to eat…or sometimes just when she thinks it is time to eat. She will give you her best beagle bay as you get her bowl ready.

Brandi truly would be a wonderful addition to ANY family. She gets along perfectly with other dogs or she would be content as an only dog. One very special thing about Brandi is that she loves children of all ages so a home with children would make her very excited. Brandi’s foster mom says that someone is going to be so lucky when they make Brandi the newest member of their family.
