Enzo's Story...
If you are interested in viewing or adopting these kitties, please go to www.orphankittenrescue.com/adopt and fill out an application.

Enzo is a sweet and brave boy who opens his mind to you as soon as he meets you. He is very outgoing, playful and curious -- a very easygoing kitten who wants to get along with everyone. Whenever you sit next to him, he waits to get a tummy rub from you. He will purr when he sees you, even before you touch him. He loves to snuggle, too, often falling asleep right next to you. He loves to watch the window and to chase the laser pointer. He is great with other cats. He looks all black from the top but actually has two white spots on his belly, which make him extra special.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Enzo, a Vancouver Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Vancouver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Vancouver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vancouver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vancouver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vancouver paves the way for another one to be saved.
