My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi People!

My name is Eddie and my Mom says I’m a perfect bichon boy. She says I’m a sweet, loving and mellow bichon boy of ten, weighing all of ten pounds, and that I’m just as affectionate as I can be. (You see I have already worked my charm on her – and I wasn’t even trying very hard!)

When I came to Mom’s house, I was a little afraid. You see my other Mom went away– and I didn’t know if anyone would love and take care of me like she did. My new Mom says, however, that I’m very easy to love! She and I have learned a lot together already and have become great friends. When her friends or grandchildren come over I’m happy to greet them. (I’m also pretty good at getting them to give me belly rubs!) My doggy foster brother is not as enthralled with me ‘cause he liked having Mom all to himself. But even he thinks I’m a good guy!

Mom says to tell you that I’m housebroken, never bark at strangers, am friendly and intuitive. I seem to know what people want and am happy to give that to them. I also like to go on short walks and LOVE rides in the car ! I really missed them a lot. You see my other mom had become very frail and she couldn’t do those things with me an more. She knew I had a lot of spirit and spunk and that it wasn’t fair for me to be confined to a house all the time. Mom says I would never complain – but she knew I needed to be in a home where I could do the things we used to do together. So I became a furkid and now I get to do all those things again! Lucky me!

Mom says I am eager to please, mellow, very smart and a master cuddle bug. I love to snuggle in my doggy bed or on the couch (especially with Mom!) and I’m crate trained! The other thing you need to know is that I don’t see with my eyes – but I see with my heart. I cope very well with my other senses and respond to my name, follow Mom’s footsteps and just enjoy my life.

What I really need now is a forever family to call my own. Will you be the one for me? If you think you are, please complete our application
so I can meet you soon.

Bichon waves and wags,
Enchanting and Easy-going Eddie
