Wonderful for retirees or people who lead a slower lifestyle
Bethany is a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix 12years old young, weight 15 lbs . Absolutely the most adorable dog. She is so happy to greet you with wagging tail! She reminds me a lot of the beast in Beauty in the Beast with her cute overbite. She also is great at obeying commands. She is slow to get warmed up to you But once she does she is the most protectant dog ever! Her bark isn’t a Chihuahua bark it’s a deeper one like one of a large dog, great guard dog people think you have a German Shepherd in the house. She is also great for someone who loves to sleep in the morning (She is not an early riser). She would rather cuddle with you in a warm bed. She also has her own bed just give her a towel and she will make it her nest. She loves walking and loves the grass to roll around in. Not a big fan of cats, but does tolerate them. No younger children please. She gets scared around larger dogs and will growl.
She will make you a wonderful companion and will be very devoted to you.
