My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Angus is a 10 wk. old, male, solid black German shepherd puppy. He is up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick and heartworm preventative, and will be neutered and microchipped when he reaches the appropriate age.


Angus was an owner surrender into Rescue because his former owners could not give him the time and training he needs to be a well adjusted pup. Angus needs someone with experience dealing with high energy and drive. Angus would make a great working dog, or someone interested in participating in any type of K9 Sports. Therefore, Angus needs to be placed with a family or individual that is extremely active in their lifestyle. A home without small children is preferred because he is extremely mouthy and play bites very hard, we are working on this behavior. An application needs to be completed prior to a meet and greet. All dogs in rescue are temperament tested and have basic obedience implemented as a part of their daily routine. All behavioral issues are dealt with according to each case scenario. All dogs prior to going home are up to date on all vaccinations, neutered and or spayed, and microchipped.


Adoption fees range from $100 - $450 depending on age, degree of personalized training, and if proof of bloodlines can be provided.


Application, home-check, and references must be approved prior before final adoption.
