What words can be described when you see something like this. Hope will never have to worry where her next meal is coming from we have her eating 5 small meals a day .Hope receives a lot of T L C . When we look at hope now we don't see her past but what a great further she is going to have . One Day At A Time.Meet Hope. She arrived at our rescue yesterday. Andrea, our Atlas manager, pulled her and ten other dogs out of ACC. Hope was found in northern Bronx in this condition. She has recently given birth but her puppies are no where to be found. ...She is the sweetest dog and loves all the people she meets. She went to the vet yesterday and the vet said there doesn't seem to be any underlying health condition, she just wasn't fed :( She is being fed high quality food several times a day to help her put the weight back on. Hope needs to be the only dog in the household. She is currently at our Atlas location.
Update: Hope laying on her bed after 2 weeks at our shelter,she gained 8 pounds. and she is looking and feeling great.
UPDATE : Hope is now up for adoption and is awaiting her new home. She was spayed and is up to date with her shots. Hope loves to play with her stuff less toys I have to say that is her favorite toys she brings them to anyone that would like to play with her. Hope is not aggressive with her toys nor her food she takes everything very gentle from you.She is already learning some of her basic commands. it amazes me how forgiving she is to us humans considering the condition she was found in.
