We can't be sure whether or not BaBalou is a purebred Shih Tzu, but when you're this cute does it really matter?!?! It's easy to imagine how hard it was for his owner to give him up when he became too ill to take care of Louie -- not because he's so adorable, but because he is so sweet, extremely friendly and very affectionate!!! Lou has a gorgeous, unique multi-colored coat and a constant tail wag!! He smiles in the sweetest way and LOVES being held. He is being fostered in a family with kids and thinks of himself as one of them! He also loves playing with the other dogs (and cats!) in the foster home so we know he'll be a great playmate if there's anyone else in the home to play with! BaBalou is about 2 years old, he is very healthy and he has been neutered. He has a mild "lazy eye" condition that makes him even that much more comical!!
