Autumn's Story...
Autumn is a sweetheart, who loves to follow you around, and go for car rides. She's crate trained, house broken, and good on a leash. This puppy mill survivor had to have several teeth pulled when she was rescued due to inadequate dental care and during her recent annual check up she was just diagnosed with a systolic heart murmur which our vet said was not unusual for a lady her age. Autumn is now about 11 years old and weighs around 23 lbs. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations including bordatella for kennel cough, is heartworm negative and is being kept on heart worm and flea/tick preventatives to maintain her good health. If you would like to provide this adorable, little love with a wonderful life in her golden years, please visit: www.desphousedogs.com to fill out an adoption application for Autumn

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn, a Allentown Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for sale in Allentown, or seeking a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog from a breeder in Allentown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Allentown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Allentown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cavalier King Charles Spaniel breeders who help with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Allentown paves the way for another one to be saved.
