Pristine's Story...
Hi! Our names are Raylene and Pristine. We are Lab Retriever/Shepherd mixes. The staff at SFAC estimate our birthday to be 3/22/2012. We were brought to the shelter with Animal Control picked us up along with our mother, Pia. We were scared at first, but now we have learned that not all people are mean. We love to play and would be a great addition to any home. Come meet us today at SFAC! Hope to see you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pristine, a Georgetown Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Georgetown, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Georgetown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Georgetown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Georgetown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Georgetown paves the way for another one to be saved.
