My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

http://www.valleydogs.org/indy-terrier.html -- Indy is an 8 month old Terrier mix who was found all alone, hungry, tired, thirsty and scared until a nice lady coaxed him to trust her and took him to her vet where he received the medical attention he so desperately needed from being out in the Arizona summer heat. Now that he is feeling much better it is time to find his forever home!
Indy may be a small guy but he is definitely not lacking in the self-confidence department. He thinks he is a 150 lb Great Dane! He is wonderful with all his furry foster family and very playful; however, he also is not afraid to say what's on his mind. He doesn't care what size dog you are either, he speaks his mind. He's a good boy, he's just feisty. That's a terrier for ya.

Indy LOVES to play and when he gets excited he howls like a lil' Wolfman! When you come home he will howl and sing, he even gets the whole pack goin' for a canine musical!! He is spunky, loving and rather inquisitive. Indy learned the dog door in just one try.

He has a lot of energy and would do best in a household where his new mom and and/or dad have experience with “lil' man syndrome" and will help him work it out since he is still a learning puppy. Remember, he is great with all dogs, cats and kids, he just can butt heads with a dog who doesn't think Indy is as studly as he finds his 10 pound self. His foster mom is used to it and has her own dogs that are also too big for their own britches. She just wants you to know he has the "Syndrome"! But again, Indy is under a year, so he is still figuring out who he is, just like a teenager!

Now, lets not forget about Indy's super-duper snuggly side. After some puppy exercise and play he is ready to cuddle. He is even a lil' pushy at times, if he wants in your lap to cuddle, then he is in your lap to cuddle! With that being said, he loves to be held and gives kisses. He will sleep quietly in bed against you. You will never be lonely with Indy by your side, that's for sure.

So, there ya have it. Indy is an extremely sweet, intelligent and silly pup lookin' for his new family.

And that hair you ask?! Yes, he has hair-do which makes him unique too. No products needed, just good genes. It's always a good hair day for this guy!

Indy is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and micro-chipped. All he needs now is YOU to take him home, love him, spoil him and give him the wonderful life he deserves!
