Mozart's Story...
If you are interested in making Mozart one of your family, our application to adopt can be found here:

www.rescue-a-bull.org/adoption

Mozart is a three month old pup saved from a shelter in Ohio. He is a complete and total snuggler! He works hard to find his way to your lap every chance he gets. He is quick to learn and loves his kong filled with peanut butter. He is working hard on potty training and crate training. He has learned sit and touch and is working on other basic commands.

Our adoption fee for adults is $175 and puppies (6 months and younger) is $250. The adoption fee will be used to defray the costs associated with medical care for our dogs. All dogs in our care will receive spay or neuter surgery, rabies vaccine (4 months and older), DHPP vaccines and microchipping before being placed in their approved adoptive homes.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mozart, a North Middletown Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in North Middletown, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in North Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
