Sosha's Story...
Hi, my name is Sosha. I am a beautiful 12 month old (as of 12/16/12) Shepherd/Husky/Border collie mix. I am an intelligent dog who is very balanced. I am a very good watch dog, although I am not aggressive. I bark at, and watch intruding people very closely. I love to run and chase squirrels, the neighbors say I look like a Gazelle floating through the air. I would flourish in a home that is mentally stimulating. I have times of high energy and times when I like to just lay at your feet & chill! I get along & love to play with all my foster brothers & sisters. Life is good here, but I really would love to have my own home, remember I am only a foster child right now and like any foster my dream is to have a forever home and people of my own.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sosha, a Neosho Border Collie/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Neosho, or seeking a Border Collie/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Neosho.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Neosho already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Neosho breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Border Collie/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Neosho paves the way for another one to be saved.
