Cookie Girl's Story...
This is Cookie Girl! She is a 4yr old Welsh Corgi and English Springer mix. She is house trained, quiet, good with other dogs, and very loving. She is ready to find her new home!!

Cookie came to us after being lost by her owner while the

y were moving to California. By the time Cookie was found, by animal control, she had a minor injury. She was pulled out of the county shelter and into our rescue and in a strange twist of events, we found her owners. The woman who had Cookie had received her as a gift when Cookie was just 8 weeks old. Although she was happy to know Cookie was safe, enough time had passed she had moved and was no longer able to take Cookie back easily and, she could not afford medical care. At that point, Cookie came to us officially and we have helped her to heal and prepare to find a new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cookie Girl, a Scottsdale Welsh Corgi/English Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi/English Springer Spaniel for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Welsh Corgi/English Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi/English Springer Spaniel breeders who help with Welsh Corgi/English Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
