found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with cats.
I am a great lover and fond of couches and beds, mostly anything soft since I was crated most of my life. I love to be close and be by your side even if it is a few feet away. My foster mom and dad let me sit on the couch with them when they watch movies. I also like to be covered up and cuddle.
I smile a lot now and I am a protector of the house, which means I do bark, when I think it is necessary. I make sure my foster mom and pop are safe so when a new person arrives I check them out. I love the sunshine and being outside with my foster mom and pop but not so much alone outside by myself. I love my foster sisters too (one dog, two cats)
I travel well in a car and can sit and show you my nose for treats and come when called. I am learning new things everyday. My foster mom tells me I am smart. I do get bored being home alone when they do have to leave so my foster mom and dad have gated me in the kitchen area and do not leave bags, shoes, garbage or anything that smells like them or I might chew it up. I need toys to chew on and tear up so my foster mom gave me some old running shoes of hers so I can smell, smell and chew. I listen well and am a good lap dog. I also won a trophy in the pet parade for being the best rescue girl and being so good. Oh did I tell you I like walks too. I have not really been off a leash in the outdoors so my foster parents do not know how I will respond so being on a leash is good.
I want a home that I will be loved and taken good care of and not crated (I was crated most of my life, so my crate is something now that is a safe place and not a prison. I want a home and new parents that will love me and understand that I am learning to be a dog and not prisoner in a crate. My foster mom and dad say “I am a big sweetheart and love to be loved” and I need a family that will love and cherish me. I know I will love and cherish them back, no kidding.”
