Emily's Story...
Emily is a sweet white and brown mix who loves giving kisses. She can play fetch with her favorite tennis ball all day without getting bored and the world is her playground when she's outside. Being a medium sized dog, Emily is the perfect size for apartments as well as houses! She loves running and getting all that puppy energy out but once she does, she's very calm and content with her day. She would be a great walk buddy and she is still looking for her forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emily, a College Station Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer for sale in College Station, or seeking a Pointer dog from a breeder in College Station.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in College Station already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a College Station breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer breeders who help with Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in College Station paves the way for another one to be saved.
