Ginger's Story...
Ginger is an adorable red Queensland Heeler. She is 8 weeks old and ready to be your best friend! She is very social and loving. Queensland heelers are known for their intelligence. They are loyal and obedient with proper training. They are energetic and like to be kept busy. Ginger gets along great with the other dogs and really enjoys romping and playing. She also really likes children. If you want a lovable, smart, energetic dog, then Ginger is the puppy for you! Ginger's adoption fee is $300 and that includes spay, microchip and series of puppy vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Ginger, please contact Delon.Washo@asu.edu or 602-295-4518.

AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog puppy from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
