Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Update: His hot spot is healed up and his beautiful white hair is grown in!!!
I met Highway today. He was picked up stray at the 217 East Bound I-64 mile marker, hanging out on the side of the road. He was very friendly, right from the start. He was taken to the vet who said he must be in terrible pain and gave him a steroid shot, penicillin shot and clipped and cleaned him up. They diagnosed him with a large Hot Spot. I think it looks terrible around his left ear, head and neck and feel so, so bad for him. I am learning all I can about Hot Spots tonight. :( Please send good thoughts and prayers our way for Highway. Oh, and he is NOT neutered, had NO collar, ID or microchip. Please share, there may be someone out there looking for him. He does know how to sit when asked. He will be available for rescue or adoption if not claimed by 8/26/12. Thank you!
