Coca's Story...
Coca is a beautiful brown tabby cat with big eyes & a glossy coat. She can be a bit of a shy girl when you first meet her but she is a cuddly girl once she gets to know you. She has a soft personality & is just looking for someone to give her the love that she needs. Coca has been an indoor-only cat her whole life and she needs to continue to stay indoors because she is declawed. She has never spent much time around other animals or young children, so how she’ll react to them is unknown. Change makes Coca nervous so when she goes to her new home it will take her a few days to adjust to the new routine, but once she's settled in she will be a great companion. If you think that Coca might be a good match for you please contact us at victoriapets@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coca, a Saanichton Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Saanichton, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Saanichton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saanichton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saanichton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saanichton paves the way for another one to be saved.
