Boo's Story...
Hi, there! I'm Boo, a large, friendly and affectionate, 4 year old, long-haired Maine coone type cat. One of my favorite tricks is to perch on a cat tree where I will get your attention with a playful grab at your clothes as you walk be (but without scratching you, of course)! I tolerate other cats and dogs, but would really like to be your one and only. I am neutered, current on shots and micro chipped and ready for my new home! My adoption donation is $75. Please call or text (925) 209-6480 or email for more information and to meet me in person.

I tolerate dogs and gets along with most other cats, but mostly I ignore other animals and so would do well as an only cat. I am definitely an inside kitty and don't have any desire to be out.

I lost my home when my owners moved. I am 3-4 years old, neutered, current on shots and will be micro chipped before going home with you. My adoption donation is $75. Please email or call Tuffie's Animal Rescue at (623) 587-9119 or (925) 209-6480 to get an application or to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Boo, a Phoenix Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
