Crystal's Story...
This is an E-rescue sponsored dog

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crystal is a beautiful black cocker. Crystal was in a foster home for three months. The woman kept going back and forth about whether she wanted to adopt Crystal or not. Finally it was decided that she would come to Houston and we would work to find her that perfect home. This is really a sad situation for this girl. She lost her first home, was sent to a kill shelter and then she lost her foster and she clearly thought she was home again.

She is very friendly and waggy though, and seems to love everyone, so we know she will be fine but she so deserves a home of her own. She is fine with all dogs, but barks at cats. She is crate trained and seems to be housebroken. She loves to go for car rids and nice walk.

If you can offer this girl her real home then hurry on down to:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Crystal, a Sugar Land Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Sugar Land, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Sugar Land.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Land already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Land breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Land paves the way for another one to be saved.
