My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Timon is such a sweetheart. He is a little less adventurous than his siblings but nonetheless he is a playful sweet guy. He loves to cuddle close to you and sleep. Puppies are a lot of training and work, so we hope you are one that is home a lot to train Timon. His mom came in to rescue pg, and he was born in rescue. His 2 brothers and sister were adopted 6 weeks ago. Timon is about 4 1/2 months young, playful, loves toys and gets along with all dogs. He is salt and pepper sort a chocoalate in colorin. His mom was a toy schnauzer, and he will probably be very small for a schnauzer.

Timon's adoption fee is $250 and an additional $50 refundable neuter deposit. He is being fostered by Donnar and their family in Warren, OH area. We held Timon back from adoption as he had a heart condition. We waited to see as he grew if he would out grow it and he did. Last week we took him to a heart specialist for an ultra sound (which cost more than his adoption fee before vetting) and what we thought was a value problem is not Now, it is a small hole in his heart that won't cause him any trouble, nor will he need medicine, ane he doesn't have a restricted activity of any kind. WE DO NOT SHIP OUR PETS. You must drive to the foster home to meet and adopt them. Our puppies are well socialized being in foster and on their way to being trained pets.

This puppy is up to date with puppy shots and worming at the time of adoption. Our rescued puppies, come with prepaid microchips, current puppy shots for age, vet exam, deworming, puppy training booklet, foster notes of routine, puppy tips.

I have an undescended testical which probably will come down by the time I am old enough to be neutered. If not, your vet will repair it when neutering at a minimal cost. We do require an additional refundable spay or netuer deposit. When you have your pet spayed/ neutered before 7 months old, send us a copy of your vet paperwork and we will refund your deposit. Some puppies are to young to spay/neuter before adoption. Most Vets have their own idea of right age to spay/neuter.

We DO NOT SHIP OUR DOGS--the adoptive parents must meet the dog at the foster mother’s home. Our dogs are fostered in NE Ohio.

Please visit our website www.ronsrescuedrascals.org to learn more about our adoption procedures and policies, submit an adoption application, meet our volunteers and benefit from the 8+ years of rescue experience of our all-volunteer, non-profit rescue.
