Joplin's Story...
Meet Joplin !

If you are looking for a gentle sweet kitten that loves to cuddle - look no further. Joplin loves to play, is good with children and other pets. If there were to be a picture in the dictionary next to "perfect kitty" this would be it this sweet black and white, with the silly "comma" under her nose. A comma in grammar means a pause: She knows that she would be good for YOU and hope that you will pause and take the time to know that too.

She has the most beautiful green eyes. She was rescued from a local animal shelter along with her siblings Hendrix, Jagger and Morrison!

She is currently available for adoption at the Petco in Troy, on Coolidge between 14 Mile and Maple in Troy. Stop by any time during regular business hours for a visit!

Adoption fee: $125 (or 2 cats for $175) includes feluk/fiv combo test, current vaccines, spay/neuter, & microchip!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joplin, a Warren Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Warren, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Warren.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Warren already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Warren breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Warren paves the way for another one to be saved.
