Tyler is a handsome young man, who is looking for a loving and patient family with previous dog experience. Tyler needs tons of exercise and playing with other dogs and has tons of energy to burn off.
This great young guy does need a very structured household, with a solid schedule and a commitment to continued and ongoing training. He's a very smart pup, but has definite a mind of his own, so he needs proper leadership to become the amazing adult dog he is destined to be.
Tyler may need a refresher on his house training, and does great in his crate.

Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is a group of highly motivated and highly dedicated volunteers. We spend countless hours making sure that wonderful dogs find loving forever homes. We don't do it for money -- we do it for the joy a dog can bring to its new family; we do it for our love of animals; and we do it to save lives!
Our adoption events are held each weekend. A schedule of times and locations can be found at www.luckydoganimalrescue.org.
The adoption process begins when you submit an adoption application either online or at an adoption event. The individual responsible for the dog you are interested in adopting - a position we call the “adoption coordinator” - will then set up a time to discuss your application over the telephone. The adoption coordinator will check your vet reference to make sure all current and past pets were kept up-to-date with their shots and medical care. The adoption coordinator will also set up a home visit with one of our trained volunteers. That individual will come to your home to ensure that it is a safe environment, to confirm that everyone in the home is on board with adopting a dog, and to discuss any other questions you may have about dog adoption!
Lucky Dog Animal Rescue rescues homeless and abandoned dogs from high-kill shelters, owners who can no longer care for them, and other high-risk situations. Lucky Dog works with dedicated volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians, trainers, and kennels to provide loving temporary care while we find well-matched, carefully screened forever homes for each dog we take in. We also serve as a support group to our adopters and all dog owners by providing ongoing education and resources for the well-being of their dogs, including the importance of proactive spay/neuter policies, positive behavior training, and good nutrition.
