Pride's Story...
Pride was rescued from Fordham University. He was being fed by a nice college boy. Pride is a friendly little boy that is still a little shy. Once comfortable he purrs the second you touch him and loves to cuddle and have his belly pet. He has been playing and is really coming around. Check out Pride, just hanging around waiting for his forever home! All of our rescued kittens have been tested and are healthy. They all have their shots and have been or will be spayed/neutered. Please consider welcoming Pride into your home!! If interested in adopting please contact Lorraine at licatskittens@yahoo.com. An adoption donation is required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pride, a Island Park Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Island Park, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Island Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Island Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Island Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Island Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
