Prince Troy's Story...
My name is Troy and I"m a 2 to 4 year old Russian Blue mix male cat
who was picked up as a stray and thought to be feral. I turned out
to be a very friendly guy so I got a second chance at having a chance
to have a life with someone to love me. I am very friendly and have
extra toes so I am quit the looker. Once I get to know you I enjoy
your attention and being petted. I love to be brushed and will even
let you pick me up to sit on your lap or give me more attention. I
do well with other cats as long as they are not domineering.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prince Troy, a Medford Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Medford, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Medford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Medford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Medford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Medford paves the way for another one to be saved.
