Adele's Story...
Adele is such a pretty girl with the cutest gray spot on the very tip of her chin! Adele's curiosity gives her confidence to explore new surroundings comfortably with no fear. Adele is a sweet, friendly gal who is always receptive to petting and shows her satisfaction with your efforts by purring loudly!

Adele is also always receptive to playing with feather wands. That might be an understatement...she LOVES playing with feather wands! It is fun to watch her run across the room after the feather, but what's downright hysterical is utilizing kitty condos to taunt her with the feather. In her pursuit of the feather, Adele is more than willing to jump/climb from level to level, from condo to condo, and even through kitty condo tunnels until she is victorious in her chase. I will warn you that there is a great likelihood your arm may tire from waving the wand around so much before she tires!

Adele is a recent rescue so we look forward to learning more about this funny little girl. If you've read enough and are convinced Adele is the one for you, please don't hesitate - fill out an application today - www.azrescue.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Adele, a Phoenix Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
