Sparky's Story...
Hi my name is Sparky I am a 6mth old male German Shepherd/Austrailan Shepherd mix. I was rescued from a hoarding situation in San Bernardino. HNH took me in under there wings. I am great with other dogs, some larger dogs I do get a little scared so be patient with me. Cats do not bother me however I am not housed with cats, I know my basic commands, walk well on leash, house/crate trained. I would really love to find my forever home. Sparky is neutered, current on shots and micro-chipped. Located in Torrance, CA contact Lorna@hopenheroes.com. Donation/adoption fee and home inspection required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparky, a Torrance Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Torrance, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
