Coffee's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Coffee's Story...
Coffee is a 6 year old, tall, dark and handsome boy looking for love. He is an English Springer Spaniel mix and weighs about 75 lbs. Coffee is the most loveable dog. He gets along well with others and loves to play with his four foster brothers and sisters. He has not been around cats. Coffee gets along with older kids and probably younger too, just has not been tested. He is house broken and walks well on a leash. Coffee is very polite and doesn't not jump up on you. He is medium energy. His only fault is he is a counter surfer, it is possible that may have been the only way he got fed in his previous setting. The easy solution of course is to keeps food items off the counter or far enough back so he can’t get them.

He know basic commands come, stay, sit, down. He is very smart and could easily been trained to do other tasks. He is trained to be behind an invisible fence.

Coffee is neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and heartworm negative. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please email us at info@FORrescue.net for more information. He is being fostered in Knoxville, TN - but transport can be arranged to your area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Coffee, a Nashville English Springer Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Springer Spaniel for sale in Nashville, or seeking a English Springer Spaniel dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Springer Spaniel breeders who help with English Springer Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
