Bonnie is about the sweetest, most loving dog you will ever meet. She is a pure-bred Maltese and she is more of a “Velcro” dog than any dog we have ever seen. She will follow you around from room to room and will never be more than a few feet from you. She is happiest when she is curled up in your lap or sleeping in your arms. She has complete trust in her human and gives back all the love in the world.
This little girl needs a loving family who works from home or will not leave her alone for more than a few hours at a time. She gets along with other little dogs. Although she weighs just about 8 pounds, she will do fine with older children as well. She likes to play with stuffed toys with both her human and canine companions.
She is working on her house training and could be taught to go outside or use puppy pads. She was born 9/04/07, is spayed, micro chipped, up to date on vaccinations, heart worm negative and on preventative medicine. She should have a securely fenced yard as she does like to explore the great outdoors as well.
She is being fostered in Burneyville, OK and her foster Mom will be very selective about who is allowed to adopt this Princess. We prefer to place her within driving distance of Burneyville. However, if someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must fly in to get her and she must fly home in the cabin with her new family. Under no circumstances can our dogs ever be shipped in cargo, and we do not place our dogs in homes with invisible (electric) fencing.
