I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Hi! My name’s Addison and I’m a female Pinto Anatolian Shepherd mix. I may weigh 70lbs., but I’m still just a puppy who won’t celebrate my 1st birthday until October. I'd really like to be in my new home by then, maybe with another dog or cat, maybe even a horse or two. A fenced yard is a must since I love to run & chase bunnies and lizards. I came into a shelter as a stray so I really don't want to get lost again. I'm a very gentle and quiet young lady – maybe even a bit timid. I’d like a quiet home with someone who will be slow and easy with me since I’m not exactly sure what is expected of me yet. There are so many things I haven’t experienced, and I just need someone kind and soft to teach me. Take toys for example – I like toys but I’m still not quite sure what to do with them, although I think I get into less trouble if I keep busy chewing on toys and bones. I don't like it out in the heat too much, so I like to be able to go in and out thru my dog door. I also kind of like my crate – it’s my safe place. I also love to sit on my foster mom’s bed and watch TV while we cuddle and she rubs my belly. Remember, if you are interested my name is "Addison" and I’m the cute one!!!

Four Peaks Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, training and placement of animals in need of care in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Four Peaks Animal Rescue is predominately driven by the commitment of volunteers to minimize, if not eliminate the suffering of animals who, by virtue of their domestication and subsequent abandonment, are completely dependent upon others for their care and sustenance. We are a no-kill rescue organization seeking to accommodate all species of domestic pets.
Four Peaks Animal Rescue currently has a limited housing facility. Most of the animals are cared for in foster homes. Our animals may be seen at adoption events (see our calendar of events posted at www.FourPeaksAnimalRescue.org) or ask for an appointment, just call 480-471-3520.
Four Peaks Animal Rescue asks potential adopters to fill out an application. The adoption process for dogs includes a home visit prior to placement. We ask our adopters to sign an adoption contract and pay an adoption fee at the time of adoption.
All Dogs offered for adoption by 4 Peaks are vaccinated, neutered or spayed, microchipped, and given any medical care needed. Adoption fees start at $200.
All Cats offered for adoption by 4 Peaks are vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV, spayed or neutered, and given any medial care needed. The adoption fee for one cat starts at $75, two cats at $130.
